Hope & Healing Handlers

The Hope & Healing Handlers (HHH) Program is our structured youth volunteer initiative for students ages 13–17, focused on mentorship, humane education, and hands-on rescue support. Participants learn essential animal care skills while working directly with adoptable dogs through supervised basic training, light walks, and socialization. Students also prepare enrichment activities that enhance the quality of life for all animals in our rescue’s care, supporting both physical and emotional well-being. Sessions are held Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:00–4:00 PM.
